My Story
Hi, I'm Megan.
I'm a mindfulness coach, writer, and guide — and more importantly, someone who has lived this work.
For years, I struggled with overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and patterns rooted in childhood experiences I didn't fully understand.
On the outside, I kept going.
On the inside, my mind never rested.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of awareness.
Not forcing my thoughts to stop. Not fixing myself. But learning how to pause, observe, and choose differently.
Through mindfulness, I was able to
